Tartar Sauce I

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2010
this was great, you really need to let it sit over night tho. I didn't have relish so i used kosher dill pickes since i had those in the fridge and it came out great, and i used onion powder instead of fresh onions. I'll be making my own tartar sauce from now on.

Chicken Breasts Pierre

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2010
this was soooooo tasty! The changes i made were the following: added half a white onion, subsituted A1 Sauce for the worsteshire and used canned tomatos with chili already in it so there was no need to add the chili and i served it with white rice. I also pounded my chicken breast to thin them out and used half italian bread crumbs and half flour and seasoned the flour.

Cinnamon Corn

this was amazing, i was pleasantly suprised. Although it did not come out firm in the middle as the recipe suggested, the flavor was great. Made it exactly as directed

this was ok, not too much flavor but very easy to make. Great for a quick hot meal, especially if you have a cold.

Campbell's Kitchen Easy Chicken Pot Pie

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2010
This was delicious. I made a few changes. I seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder then i sauted the cut pieces in olive oil until golden brown. I then sauted mushrooms and onions in the same pan. In a bowl i mixed 1 can of cream of potato and one can of cream of mushroom, 1 bag of mixed frozen vegetables, the mushroom and onion mix and the chicken. I then added that to my baking dish and sprinkled the top with salt pepper and garlic powder. I mixed bisquick with milk until smooth and i evenly spread over my chicken mixture. This was perfect and i'll definatly make this again.

Authentic Huevos Rancheros

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2010
this was delicious, i made a few alterations. I used turkey bacon instead of pork bacon. I fried the corn tortillas in butter and i added the cooked salsa under the corn tortilla as well as on top of the eggs. I also used mozarella cheese instead because that's all i had on had and i topped it with sour cream.
