Garlic Ranch Chicken

I absolutely LOVE that I had all the ingredients on hand. So simple, and quick you'd never believe how AMAZING it tastes!

I like that this recipe is super healthy! It's a great quick cook. If you want to keep your chicken moist though, don't put it back in with the vegetables before serving. Just keep warm and put on top of rice and vegetables.

Spicy Chicken Breasts

This really is some spicy chicken! I used garlic salt in place of the garlic and salt. The chicken stayed moist on the grill and will please any spice-fiends taste buds! The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars is because the spice fiend in my house couldn't get enough of it but it was nearing too hot to handle for me.

Creamy Chicken Crescents

Although a hearty meal, filling meal.... it really was lacking flavor. It's rich cheeses could do with some bite. I think next time I'll try bleu cheese and maybe add bacon/ham. Regardless, my family still gobbled them up as is!

Cream-Filled Strawberries

These strawberries are FABULOUS. They lasted maybe 5 minutes after I sat them on the table at our latest party. The cream is perfect! My only complaint is the recipe made too much cream and I didn't have enough strawberries. Next time I'll know better!

Broccoli Chicken Roli

The recipe only called for one package of crescent rolls, but I ended up using two because there was SO much stuffing. The crunch of the green pepper and onion, were just right for me! If you're not big on crunch, leave those out. This one is definitely being added to the favorite list!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

I would have rather made this with fresh chicken, but the canned chicken made life SO much easier! The recipe makes A LOT of dip, so unless you're having a big gathering... I'd say to cut the recipe at least in half.

Meal in Foil

This is a FANTASTIC camping staple, and I LOVE having it at home. So quick and easy. A great way to season everything in the foil pack without much effort is to sprinkle Jane's Crazy Mixed-up Salt on top of it. It's the best season-all I've ever had!

A Good Easy Garlic Chicken

This chicken is DELICIOUS. I served it with a side of broccoli and linguine with alfredo sauce. Needless to say, I found myself picking out the chicken to eat first. I've added this to my book of quick staple meals!
