Easy Lasagna I

I used 1% cottage cheese, instead of what was suggested. I completely forgot about the mushrooms, but I used a portobello tomatoe pasta sauce which contained portobello chunks which worked great! I added 2 hot italian sausages to the meat sauce (removed the meat from the casing), which added a bit of spice to the dish, yumm!! Also, when cooking the meat and sauce, I added about 2 tablespoons of minced garlic. I used half of the cheese & eggs because I was making the lasagna in a smaller dish. This turned out fantastic, and I absolutely recommend it!!!
