I'm a Cali girl at heart living in the rugged north. I live with my furchildren and a roommate. I'm pretty friendly and outgoing, and charitable to a fault. Pot roast, cakes, cookies, pies, meatloaf, anything I can figure a recipe out for. I love my grandma's cooking, I learned from her, and I am striving to perfect her recipes she passed down to me. I found the perfect cut of meat for a pot roast, and it caught on like gangbusters! I over cooked some ranch potatoes and they were like overcooked lumps swimming in grease.
