Beer Cheese Pretzel Dip
This is identical to a dip I've been making for years except I never add seasoning salt or cayenne pepper. I do however add chopped green onions which goes great in this dip. You must let this chill AT LEAST 8 hours for it to taste best. The longer it sits, the better it will taste. And I think light beer is best to use, as a darker beer will be too over powering.

Baked Chicken Nuggets
Very good. I dipped chicken in a beaten egg instead of the butter because I'm counting calories and they were still delicious. Since I used italian breadcrumbs, I think the extra dried spices were a little overkill. Next time I'd omit them. The thyme was really strong. But overall this was a very delicious and healthy meal that I'd make again.

Key West Chicken
I was disappointed with this recipe. The only thing I didn't follow was substituted lemon juice for lime because that's all I had. I marinated for 3 1/2 hours and although the chicken was very juicy and moist after grilling, it was flavorless. This was barely enough marinade to cover 2 large boneless chicken breasts, so you might want to double it if you are making 4. I would suggest marinading at least 8 hours if you want to taste any of the marinade, if you just have to try this recipe.
