Sweet Potato Casserole II

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2014
Love this! It's so good! And really easy. I only have an 8"x8" pan so I only used 3 sweet potatos and didn't change anything else, except I used regular size marshmallows, and it turned out perfect :) thanks for the recipe!

Bruschetta I

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2010
Bruchetta is awesome! i made mine pretty close to this recipe, but slightly different. i actually made mine like the one the movie julie & julia. so what i did was fry some french bread in olive oil, until it was a deep golden brown, then topped it with quarted cherry tomato's that i mixed with garlic, parsley salt pepper an olive oil. then take basil and tear some up, and put it on top. it is sooooo good that way! make sure thought hat the oil is HOT before you put the bread in it! other wisae it will just soak into the bread!

this recipe is so good! i add a couple things to it as well. i add mandarin oranges, and onion and water chestnuts, and sometimes mushrooms. the dressing is especially good. i also marinade the chicken too. i let the chicken sit in a mixture of white wine, soy sauce, seasame oil, canola oil, garlic, red pepper flakes. then i grill the chicken. yummy its so good.
