Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
Hey folks, just thought I'd let you know that I didn't use the beer as I don't drink it and didn't want to buy some just for this recipe. I used an equal amount of chicken broth and the results were great. I might use more taco seasoning next time though.

Spicy Peach-Glazed Pork Chops
Really fantastic!!! I followed the recipe to the T except for the chili paste which I, of course, couldn't find. All I did was use about a half tablespoon of ketchup, some chili powder, paprika, and a bunch of ceyenne pepper. It was great!!!

Favorite Old Fashioned Gingerbread
I'm basing my three stars on the original recipe. I used heaping measures for the spices but still thought it was kind of bland. It was also a little dry. If I make this again I will probably at least double - if not triple - the spices and maybe add a tablespoon of veggie oil. As a base, I guess it was ok.
