Healthier Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

This was delicious! I had not broiled fish before and was hesitant. But this was soooo easy to make, quickly prepared and a simple clean up since I placed it on foil. I kept the ingredients almost the same except for the butter which I substituted olive oil. After reading the review that said the sauce was thin, I made mine thicker/less oil. I was "ooing" and "ahing" all while I ate this. I saved a piece for my lunch tomorrow and I can't wait to boast about it in front of the other cooks at work!

Whole Grain Breakfast Cookies

Perfect solution to my boring egg breakfast! Also a wonderfully healthy cookie/snack. I just made my first batch and am so happy I did. I only changed the almond butter to peanut butter since I had that. I also left out the cherries. I found that one cup of chocolate chips was a bit much. I had chips in the bottom of my mixing bowl and no more dough. Next time I will use 1/2 cup and try mini chips instead. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe. This was exactly what I was looking for!

Cordon Bleu Chicken Rolls

Made this for a dinner party and it was a hit. I especially loved the sauce. I didn't have any cornflakes cereal so I used regular bread crumbs. I served it with mashed potatoes and corn. Was not difficult to assemble, but looks like it was when served. Crowd will think you are an aweome cook!

Creamy Chicken Lasagna

Very delicious. Will be making this one again! Added sauteed garlic, green pepper and onion, oregano and basil to chicken. Gave a nice flavor to the mix.

McCormick® Gingerbread Men Cookies

My children and I made these cookies before Christmas and we all loved them. They are soft and not too spicy. We took some to two different parties and they were well liked. I have never been a big fan of gingerbread cookies, but now I have to say I really enjoyed eating these!
