Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
This recipe was not only easy, it was wonderful!!! I used the dry Ranch packet instead of the Italian, because I didn't have it on hand and the chicken was delicious!! I used Fat Free everything else and it turned out really good. I cooked my Whole Grain Egg Noodles on the stove and mixed it all together before serving - wasn't a bite left! Will be doing this recipe again & again!! :)

Salsa Chicken
This was by far a wonderful chicken recipe. Unlike most leave the chicken pretty bland. I followed the recipe like it says, EXCEPT, I slow cooked it. I let my boneless chicken breast thaw overnight and in my crockpot I poured a thin layer of Salsa (Pace), then I put the chicken in a ziplock w/Taco Seasoning and made sure the chicken was coated well. Laid it out in crockpot, added Rotel - let it cook for about 4 hrs, turn the crock pot off.... then add cheese, and blk olives. Leave the top on crock pot while you cook sides. I served my dish with Mexican Rice, and Mexican Corn. As folks made their plate, they added sour cream on top of the chicken. Delicious! I will forsure make this again! Very easy and Yes it makes your house smell wonderful! :) Everyone LOVED it!
