Slow-Cooker Barbecue Ribs

Love these ribs! Because they are baked first, they don't turn to mush in the slow cooker. I substituted BBQ sauce instead of ketchup , like others suggested, and ketchup instead of chilli sauce, because I didn't have any chilli sauce. Delicious! I would recommend closer to the 6 hour mark in the slow cooker, I found when I did mine at 8, they were starting to dry out.

Made this for a pot luck at work and everyone loved them. I used Heinz pork and beans with molasses. I quadrupled it to feed about 30 people. I baked tham the night before them let them sit overnight in the fridge then reheated in the slow cooker. Very easy to make and delicious!
