Razzy Blue Smoothie

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2011
Followed the recipe exactly. It was much too thick to even pour, so I added a little milk. The taste is great. Love the nutiness. Will be making this one again!

Buttercream Frosting

Reviewed: May 3, 2010
DELICIOUS! But very important: mix the vanilla into the butter BEFORE you add the sugar. If you put it in at the same time as the sugar it will form little brown clumps that are hard to work out! I cut the recipe in half and had a little more than enough for a 2-layer cake. It was a huge hit!!

Chicken Enchiladas II

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2010
Delish! I was worried the flour tortillas would be too gooey, but they came out perfect. I doubled the ingredients and filled 8 tortillas in one 9x13" pan. My husband hates veggies of all kinds including chiles and green onions, but he ate these up and asked me to make them again!! and I definitely will :)

Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2010
So easy and so good! I have made this many times and the chicken always comes out so moist and flavorful. This is my go to recipe when I'm short on time or can't think of what to make for dinner.

Banana Crumb Muffins

The absolute best way to use overripe bananas!! I am guilty of purposely letting my bananas get overripe so I can make these :)

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2012
Made this for a party. I used fat free sour cream and half of the pudding mix I used was sugar free. I also used mini chocolate chips and baked it in an angel food cake pan because I didn't have a bundt pan. It was so delicious! Everyone loved it.

I have finally found a crepe recipe I love!! I have tried LOTS of recipes! ***Use melted butter instead of veg oil and brush butter on pan each time. Perfection!

Easy Lasagna II

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2010
I give this recipe 4 stars because the quantities are off. I made this recipe once following it exactly and made adjustments the second time. If adjustments are made this is definitely a 5 star meal! The recipe makes waaay too much cheese mixture (and I like cheese). I substituted ricotta and used about 15 oz with all other ingredients in the cheese mixture at the same quantities. I only added about one cup at a time where the recipe says to layer 1&3/4 cup. I still had a little left over. The second time around, I had only good reviews from the judges! (aka kiddos) So get cooking, this is as easy as it gets for homemade lasagna!

Brennan's Irish Soda Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2013
I baked mine 30 minutes because of other reviewer's suggestions, but it was still doughy in the middle. Wish I'd followed the recipe and baked it for 45. But I think if cooked the proper time it would be delicious.

Crispy Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2011
This chicken was just alright. It's good in a pinch if you want breaded chicken but don't have breadcrumbs. However the pieces were powdery even after being cooked. I sprayed them with some cooking spray and cooked them a little longer trying to get them to crisp up, but they were still all powdery.

Best Peanut Butter Cookies Ever

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2012
These were ok but I think they would be better with flour. They broke apart very easily and were not the chewy texture I like.

Oregano-Lemon Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2011
The honey made it very sweet which was kind of an odd flavor that my husband and myself did not care for. I would leave out the honey and add other spices including SALT. The skin on my chicken thighs did not crisp up very well. I would suggest doing the last 5-10 minutes on a higher heat.

Peanut Butter Bars I

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2013
This just tasted like eating a spoonful of peanut butter mixed with butter. Way too rich for me and that's surprising because I LOVE all things peanut butter and chocolate.
