PIZZA ANYONE?

As if I didn't have enough to do today (clean house, do laundry, finish grissini) I decided to make my own recipe pizza dough. I was feeling very confident with my "dough" making abilities SO I tried it. Amazingly it came out perfect. I made 4 small size pizza doughs rolled out. I froze 3 of them and used one to cook a cheese pizza for Trey and I. I also took pictures throughout the prosess. I'm glad I did because it turned out so good. Anyone who wants to make fresh, home made pizza they should use this recipe.

I'm not sure. I'm new to this site. The pizza recipe is listed as Perfect Pizza Dough.

About Me
I was taught cooking at an early age. One thing that I remember from my grandmother Velma was how she defrosted and cooked hamburger. Weird because she died when I was 8. Anyway, my mom is a great cook. She let me help her cook so I learned from her. We made everything from scratch. We lived on a ranch near a small rual community. Learning to cook this way has made me the cook I'm today.
My favorite things to cook
Italian food.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Just like when I was a child I make cookies and other Christmas time snacks and take my son to delived a treat plate to neighbors and friends. Also, like when I was a child, I make a traditional St. Patrick's Day dinner. (I make an American based traditional dinner. The people from Irland do not cook this kind of meal for St. Paterick's Day.)
My cooking triumphs
My red sause and white sause are awsome! I also make great bread, rolls, and pizza dough.
My cooking tragedies
Brownies! I mean who can't make brownies? Answer ME. I have tried several recipes, in several different ovens.
