Very good! The whole family devoured this, expecially my husband, which gives it an instant 5 stars. I didn't slow cook it and it was still great!

Mini Meatloaves

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2011
These were good, next time I will add fine chopped onion and some garlic. I had to improvise the sauce, didn't realize I ran out of ketchup. I used tomatoe paste, a little extra sugar, salt, pepper, garlic. the sauce was great still.

Butter Chickpea Curry

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2010
First off, this is not really butter curry since it doesnt have any butter in it. So, I sauteed my onions and garlic in 2 tbsp butter since it gives way more flavour than oil. I didn't have any tomato soup so I used diced tomato's (which gave it a pretty color) and also a squirt of good old ketchup for some extra taste ( i didnt have any tomato paste. The spices were so perfect balanced which made this dish awesome! Even my 2 year old loved it. thanks for sharing.

Tater Tot Bake

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2010
this was a really great dish! I added garlic and worcestire sauce while browning the meat. I also mixed canned corn into the meat and also listened to others recommendations of pouring the soup into the meat. Although I did pour a little bit ontop of some of the tots to try it. It was great either way. I also used cream (more than asked for) because I only had vanilla soy. it was super yummy. I will definitly make this again, my 2.5 year old loved this. next time i will add green onions into the cheese for some color and a little more taste.
