Wonderful cookies! I don't know what the heck went on with actually baking them though because at 400 degrees and 8 minutes they were burnt completely black on the bottom. I had exactly 4 dozen balls so I know my size was correct. I went ahead and bumped the oven down to 350 and they were perfect at 350 for the recommended 8 minutes. My oven doesn't tend to run hot so you might want to do a test couple of cookies to check your temp and time. I added an extra tablespoon of sugar just as personal preference to cinnamon/sugar ratio. Other than those two adjustments though they came out wonderfully following the recipe exactly. Nice and crispy on the edges and still chewy in the center. Great flavor.
