To Die For Blueberry Muffins
these should not be filled up to the top of the tin, as suggested. i could not get them to bake evenly, and after 35 minutes, the outside was almost burned and the inside was too undercooked. i had to remake them at a lower temperature. otherwise, they taste great!

Easy Apple Cinnamon Muffins
these are perfect! i am a novice baker with a family full of special dietary needs, so i used a sugar substitute instead of sugar. i also use only 1 apple instead of two, but besides those changes, they are absolutely delicious! i like how the muffin itself turns out subtly sweet, yet the apples and cinnamon really kick it up a notch. for the "crumble" on top, i replaced butter with margarine and made more of a spread...which made wwwwaaaaayyyy more than i could ever use on the five jumbo muffins i made. very good overall!
