Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Shrimp Artichoke Dip

Wow, this was good. I used quartered artichokes and medium size shrimp. I loved that the shrimp and artichokes were pretty much left whole. I did add a tablespoon or so of sherry wine and chopped garlic. The sauce was just the right consistency. The shrimp is an elegant addition to the standard artichoke. I would not substitue crab unless a seafood dip is what you have in mind.

Polish Style Lasagna

This is one of my all time favorite casserole dishes and I'm from the south so we have a lot of them. Like other reviewers, I doubled the onions and saved some of the potato/cheese mxture with a little added milk to cover the last layer of noodles. Top off with heaping amount of cheddar cheese.

Deluxe Sour Cream Chicken

The sauce is very tasty and indulgent, but the chicken is the star of this meal. The chicken breast itself had such great flavor. While I find it is easy to have the chicken come out tender in a casserole like this, it usually lacks flavor. Must be the bacon. If on hand I will use boneless chicken thighs with the same great results.

Although this recipe had all the ingrediants I like, the flavor to me was somehow off. Maybe it was something I did but I do not think I will be making this again.

Cajun Seafood Pasta

Really enjoyed this. I think the fresh basil and thyme give the dish a great flavor. Only change made was to sub fontina cheese for swiss and add chopped tomato and mushrooms. Absolutely love seafood and pasta. Put the two together with cream and cheese....outstanding.

Garlic Cucumber Dip

This dip is very delicious and refreshing. Ilike to add cilantro to it and serve it along with crisp pita and hummus. This is not your standard dip and chilps but it's nice to mix up occasionally.

Absolutely the Best Nacho Dip Ever

A little conflicted on this one. I thought it was an excellent veggie dip, but not what I think of when I want a nacho dip. However my meat loving husband could not stop eating this. Hence the five stars. The only change I made was to top the dish off with diced cucumber and cilantro.

Mexican Style Shredded Pork

I'm so glad I came across this recipe. It reminded me of the yucutan pork tacos I enjoyed in Mexico. I loved it so much that the next time I made it I had to find the recipe for pickled red onions. So I could mimic the exact way these tacos were served to us there.

Amy's Cilantro Cream Sauce

If you are a fan of cilantro, as I am, you should love this. It is such a versatile recipe. I've incorporated this into so many different recipes. I love to mix the sauce into pkg. coleslaw mix and serve it on top of fish tacos.

Jalapeno Poppers I

The ease in wich it takes to prepare combined with the tasty homade results, trump the frozen version found at most restaurant. I served it with marinara and ranch. Only change I made was to use monterey jack cheese in place of cheddar.

Broccoli-Onion Deluxe

I could not help but compare this to my traditoinal broccoli casserole, which my family enjoys but does not devour like they did this recipe. I have made this many times and have subsituted sliced onions or shallots in place of pearl onions with the same great results.

Fiesta Dressing

Yummy! My whole family enoyed this, including 9 year old who usually will not eat any type of tomatoe, even canned. First time followed the recipe exactly and used it as dressing. However, I recently added a can of refried beans, green onion, and cilantro and served it as a dip. Very good too.
