Streusel Coffee Cake

Made according to the directions, and turned out great. Take it from oven and left sit for 10 minutes removed from pan and HB started eating right away. He comment was "oh my god this is good", another keeper.

Robbi's M&M Cookies

I went with the other suggestions and used part butter and part shortening. I used more butter than shortening. Turned out very good and did not spead alot like others said. Will be making again.

Baked Pork Chops I

Extremely yummy, did not use cooking wine and used chicken cream soup. This would be good with chicken breast and you could also put thinly sliced potatoes on the bottom before adding pork chops.

This is very easy to make, only used 1/4 teaspoon numeg and added 1 teaspoon vanilla. Only boiled for 1 1/2 hours and was enough time. Turned out perfect.

Sour Cream Corn Bread

Added a tablespoon extra sugar and 1 tablespoon honey and deleted the pimientos and minced onions. It is a very good corn bread.

Lemon Lover's Pound Cake

I beat my egg whites seperate and folded them in at the end. I also lowed the temp. to 325 degrees and baked 1 hour and 35 minutes. It seems to work and the texture is not as heavy. I also added a small teaspoon of vanilla axtract.

Deep Dish Lasagna

Was absolutely wonderful. I left out the spinach and instead of mozzarella chesse I used colby, montery and sharp cheddar shredded. Did not have these ingredients so made a different version. Glad I did.

Polly Welby's Excellent Chocolate Mousse
