Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
Wonderful soup! I made this on a very snowy and cold day. It was wonderful. I did not add cilantro as my daughter doesn't like it but everything else stayed the same. I didn't find the soup too watery. I used rotisserie chicken from Costco and did weigh out the chicken. In my opinion they have some of the best chicken and the best value. Real time saver.

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole
The kernel corn really added a nice crunch compared to normal creamed corn. There was none left by the end of the meal. I also added a half can of the liquid from the corn. Perfect!

Peanut Butter Fudge IV
I made this along with a assortment of cookies for the family holiday gathering. It was a big hit and I would make it again. This will be a new addition to my recipe box. I followed the recipe exactly as stated and it turned out perfect. I used creamy peanut butter as a number of family members perfer creamy. For myself, I would have used crunchy, but either way it's just plain good and easy to make.
