SOOO SOOO GOOD! Not exactly like the restaurants, but soooo delicious everyone was eating it on its own! Used the bread machine on 'dough' setting which made it really easy. Found that rolling it out as thin as possible made it crispy and so we preferred it a little on the thicker side. Skillet works well, but the grill gave it an awesome smokey texture. With the 3.5 cups of flours suggested by others, the dough was too sticky to roll out. I will be going with 4-4.5 cups next time! Doubled the garlic and did not need to use any of the 'bubbling' tricks.
