Pumpkin Gingerbread
Just writing this review is making me miss the sweet, spicy taste of this bread. I have made this several times and it is so easy to make! I follow the recipe to a T and my family/co-workers are still talking about this from when I made it during the holidays. Will be making this for a long time. Great with chocolate chips and/or walnuts and soo yummy and convenient in mini-muffin form. Word of advice, however, do NOT use splenda baking sugar - completely ruins the texture (perhaps half half?)

Naan
SOOO SOOO GOOD! Not exactly like the restaurants, but soooo delicious everyone was eating it on its own! Used the bread machine on 'dough' setting which made it really easy. Found that rolling it out as thin as possible made it crispy and so we preferred it a little on the thicker side. Skillet works well, but the grill gave it an awesome smokey texture. With the 3.5 cups of flours suggested by others, the dough was too sticky to roll out. I will be going with 4-4.5 cups next time! Doubled the garlic and did not need to use any of the 'bubbling' tricks.

Easy Indian Butter Chicken
Fantastic!! My boyfriend cannot stop talking about this butter chicken and brags to his co-workers when he brings the leftovers for lunch. So easy to make, ingredients are so simple to find. Followed other reviewers suggestions to use curry powder in place of tandoori masala (because that's what I had) and using 1 can (1 small can is enough) of evaporated milk in place of the heavy cream and cut out most of the butter as a lighter option. The first time I used the 'fewer pans' options, but found the recipe's cooking suggestions to be easier. However, I've had a really hard time not burning the cream either way. I serve this with white rice & Naan (http://allrecipes.com/recipe/naan/detail.aspx). I will be making this for years to come!
