Better Than Best Fried Chicken

Reviewed: May 12, 2012
Absolutely the best fried chicken...next to my dad's. He passed several years ago and I have been trying to find one for years. I spice it up with a light touch of cinnamon, seasoning salt, oregano and onion powder. The one thing you must do is eqaul amount of flour and cornstarch. This is one of my go to finds here.

Frosted Grapes

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2010
You must try these. I absolutely love this recipe. They are additive, just like everyone else has said. I have'nt even had the chance to share them with my kids yet but I know they will love them too. Thanks for a fast, easy and tasty way to serve grape. They will certainly be with me at the next potluck.

Artichoke Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2010
I enjoyed the recipe with the slight changes. I followed others and added sour cream, 6 eggs, some spinach ( I put in a full carton and it was a little too much) next time I will only use 1/2 as much spinach. I also used 1/4 cup 1/2&1/2. Nest time I will increase to 1/2 cup. The flavor was mellow. I think the added spinach calls for 1/2 teaspoon of salt. I am planning on cooking again with the addition of sundried tomato. It should add an extra layer of flavor. I also thought if not sundried tomatoes made some marinara sauce. Thanks for all the great advice.

Delicious!!! I will make these again. Next time I will do the pineapple crushed. I will add some red onion and then top them off with black olives. I enjoyed the crunch of the english muffin. Even my daughter's friend really enjoyed them. I served with tomato soup and it made is nice combination. Highly recommended. ironchefmama

Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2010
This was a quick and easy fix for dinner. I seasoned the flour with Italian seasoning and some garlic salt. My family asked for a little extra salt but that is a taste thing. My husband absolutely loved it and he is not much for Italian food. I browned the chicken. I served with marinara sauce and Mozzarella cheese. I baked about 20 min. until the cheese melted. Added a side of spaghetti and had a great meal in less than an hour. Thanks for another fantastic reciepe!!!!!
