Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2012
I followed the advice of other reviews and went with a pork shoulder instead of the tenderloin. We sliced some cabbage and put them on King's Hawaiin roles with the pork. It turned out amazing.

Barbequed Steelhead Trout

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2010
This was an excellent recipe. Due to it being so cold outside, I baked the 2 lb fillet in the oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. I then brushed it with the barbeque sauce and broiled it for 5 more minutes. It turned out fantastic.

Great recipe. I added 1 tablespoon of crushed red pepper, which gave the recipe a great kick.

Excellent recipe. Very simple. However, I would add sea salt and lemon pepper to the recipe. Overall, great dish.

One-Dish Rockfish

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2010
This was a very good dish and quite simple to make. I took other reviewers recommendations and double the spices and used half as much broth as recommended. I was able to find fresh dill, which I think made a huge difference. Overall it was a very good dish.

Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2010
The chicken turned out good but not great. The tastes all went well, but it seemed a bit bland. Next time I will add more garlic. Overall the chicken was a hit.

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2009
Excellent recipe. I used wild boar, which is quite a bit leaner than regular pork, but it still turned out amazing. It did take longer than the recipe recommended, but as long as you have a meat thermometer, you should be fine.
