Scallop bake, apple bake.

I made this baked scallop recipes. It was good, but I used unsalted butter because that's all I had. Unsurprisingly, it needed more salt! In general I would just up the spices a bit and decrease the topping, but otherwise recommend this recipe.
I made that on Friday, so it counts for last week, then on Sunday (this week!) I make an apple crisp bake based roughly on this recipe. But I changed it to make it a apple-raspberry crisp:
4 apples - peeled, cored and chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 cup red raspberry preserves
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup granola cereal
In a bowl mix the apples, lemon juice, preserves, flour, and cinnamon; Transfer to a
greased 8-in. square baking dish. Sprinkle with granola. Bake,
uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or until filling is
bubbly. Serve with ice cream!
I made it because we had 4 apples that needed to be used asap and some granola cereal that I wasn't super excited to eat on its own. If I were to do it again I would add brown sugar to the granola on the top. But it was easy and and fun to do with my daughter Kaylee. And it's pretty healthy!
