I loved this recipe, though I did change it up quite a bit based on other reviews. I found the perfect baking time for me was 335 for 55 minutes. If you want a slightly darker crust do it for 60 minutes. In addition, I use 3/4 cups of white sugar and 3/4 cups of brown sugar. Using 2 full cups was way too sweet for me. I use 5-6 medium bananas. Add 1 tsp of cinnamon and 1tsp vanilla. I also add 1 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1tsp baking soda. Helps the bread rise. I also only use 1/2-3/4 cup of butter instead of the full cup. Again, just preference.
Great foundation for the recipe, just needed a little tweaking.
