Asian Lettuce Wraps

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2013
Am-ASIAN! These were SO GOOD. I was very happy with the taste. These are not normally ingredients I stock in my kitchen, but I'm glad I didn't skip anything. The only thing I lessened was the onions and the garlic. No complaints - this recipe is TOP NOTCH!

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2011
Ours was really salty, too! Awesome! Served at x-mas dinner and it was delish! Store was out of hash brown potatoes, so I used hash brown patties and it came out wonderful. I layered mine instead of mixed it altogether and used bacon bits instead of ham (since we were having ham as the main dish) and it was delicious. Oh, and I swapped out plain yogurt for sour cream since I hate sour cream. Also added hot red pepper flakes. :)

Mom's Best Peanut Brittle

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2009
Awesome and easy recipe! Like everyone else said, be prepared to move fast at the end! I used both raw Spanish peanuts and salted roasted peanuts and had no problem with the peanuts burning. I put the nuts in at the beginning and all turned out fine. This recipe is great and easy for even the beginner. Get that candy thermometer though! Total time from start to finish is about 15 mins. Right after I poured the brittle, I set the pan in some hot water which made cleanup easy.
