Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III

these are so good they are deadly. while they take a little longer than the conventional peanut butter cookie... the outcome is absolutely worthwhile. i followed the recipe exactly and the cookies are perfect.

Salmon with Chive Mayonnaise

Absolutely delicious. And my first time broiling fish! I will be adding this to my list of weekly recipes. Would have given 5 stars except... the cooking time was way off, I broiled first side for 4 minutes and the second for 2 minutes. The mayo sauce was much too runny to be a dip, however, there was no need for a dip because the fish retained so much flavour.

Lemon Chicken

Very good. Because of previous reviews, I added extra lemon juice and extra garlic. Also, I used quinoa instead of rice. Turned out excellent... my picky husband ate a big bowl.

Delicious Stuffed Potato Pancakes

Made this for dinner tonight, and it was delicious and filling! I cooked the beef and drained the fat before filling the pancakes. For the beef, I added spices (garlic and a little allspice). To the potatoe mixture, I used a whole onion and 3 cloves of garlic for taste, and also, added 1/2 cup of additional flour and 1/4 cup of milk (which makes the potatoe more of a batter, which is easier to spread when cooking.

Maple Cookies

Just made these this morning. The cookies taste like butter cookies, cannot taste the maple. I should have followed others suggestions to add maple extract. I will try this one again with that change.

Breaded Parmesan Chicken

I made this recipe tonight with substitutions given what I had in my cupboard, and I am amazed!! My 3 year old son has NEVER eaten chicken before, and he ate two servings. It was so tasty and so juicy. The subs I made: I used panko + crushed Breton crackers, margarine instead of butter, and oregano instead of italien seasonings. I was unsure how the curry would taste, but it was delicious. Pure comfort food.
