I would call myself a beginner cook and being a lover of coconut shrimp, I decided to give this recipe a try. It was absolutely delicious! Easy to make, although a little time consuming the shrimp turned out wonderfully. I added a teaspoon of sugar to the batter and it gave it a nice hint of sweetness. I also used medium size shrimp and was able to make more than 50 shrimp with the recipe that called for 6 servings. For the dipping sauce, I went with the recipe from one of the previous reviewers, which was excellent. It tasted as if it came from a restaurant. I would definitely recommend to try this recipe at least once, you wont regret it.
