Caramels
O to the M to the G! I followed the recipe to the T. I took another reviewers caution and used a large pan without the non-stick surface. I took my time ... with the patience of Job ... for one full hour to reach 250 degrees. And here's the only thing I did differently: I added smoked sea salt to the end product. JUST BEAUTIFUL. Texture - perfect. The combo of sweet and salty was perfection. Amazing recipe!

Creamy Lemon Squares
These turned out okay. What I was hoping for was a really zesty, tangy lemon square that packed a little punch. The lemon taste just wasn't very potent. I went with the graham cracker crust suggestion of a number of other posters ... that was yummy. But next time, I'll try to do something to get more zing in these bars.

Angel Chicken Pasta
EXCELLENT. Make this. I only tweaked 2 things … I added fresh mushrooms and doubled the gravy/sauce, whatever you call it. Other reviewers said that was the thing to do so I did it ... and they were RIGHT. Look … this is just a darned good recipe. Total comfort food! Perfect when you've had a rotten day or when it's cold and rainy or when you just need to give yourself a hug. Do it. Make it. You deserve a good squeeze. Thank you Marian Collins ... this recipe saved my rotten day from being a total wash!
