I am in my early 30's and I have always loved animals thus I decided it was past-due time to become vegetarian. I just hope i can keep up with the lifestyle considering I live in the meat capital of Canada! I have an office job which also makes me very interested in cooking low calorie and low fat.

My cooking triumphs
When I ate meat, I used to bake a mean salmon with homemade low fat "tartar sauce" consisting of low fat mayo, lime juice and dill. As well - pesto salmon. Yum.
My cooking tragedies
No "tragedies" yet, but I must say my baking is slightly horrific! (who screws up Pilsbury cookies??!!!!)
