Ham Broccoli Braid

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2010
We loved this recipe. It was super easy to make and tasted delicious. A few times: Cook the broccoli maybe halfway before putting it in this recipe, as it was still kind of crunchy. Also, maybe saute the onions first instead of putting them in raw. Otherwise, it was great!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2011
I loved this. I shredded the chicken after it was cooked. I also added more biscuit dough, since it came in like a 15 oz can. I also added peas, and it's yummy! Comfort food!

Meatball Nirvana

I made this recipe exactly, and they turned out great! Very flavorful. Next time I would grease the pan before cooking, as they stuck to the baking sheet. Otherwise, awesome! Definitely will be adding this one to my collection.

Creamy Tomato-PHILLY Baked Rigatoni

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2011
The pasta and the sauce was delicious, as well as the topping, but for me, the vegetables weren't cooked enough at all. If I made it again, I'd probably cook/steam them before putting them in to the casserole.

Made as the recipe called for. Turned out delicious! Super easy, would even be good as a potluck casserole type dish.

Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2011
The only changes I made were, I used Italian seasoned bread crumbs in the coating instead of regular bread crumbs. I then seared them for a few minutes on each side, then placed in the over at 375 for about 12-15 minutes. Delicious and easy!

Burrito Pie

Reviewed: May 2, 2011
I made this almost exactly, however I omitted the green chilies, since the diced tomatoes already had them, and I used Cheddar Cheese instead of Colby, as it's what I had at my house. I think I should have used more tortillas, as I used 2 per layer. It was good, but didn't think it was fantasticl.

Great Garlic Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2011
I halved this recipe, and used real garlic instead of the powder. I used 2 cloves of garlic for the half a loaf of bread. It turned out great! We loved it. Could even use 3 gloves of garlic for one half of the bread. We ate with homemade spaghetti and meatballs, and went really well.

It was dry, but we added tomato sauce and it was a good pasta dish. Easy to make! We added asparagus also, which was yummy!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2011
I cooked it less time, and it turned out yummy. We used Cream of Mushroom instead of Cream of Chicken. We also added mushrooms, and ate it over egg noodles. Only change I would make would be using 1/2 of the Italian seasoning packet, as it tasted a bit salty.

We made it as is, except we also cooked up some onion with the chicken. Was super easy, and yummy! Next time I may add some mexican rice in it as well. I also added some sour cream on top.

These were delicious! Instead of the butter shortening, I just used more butter, and they came out fine. I made them for a party, and we ate most of them before the party!

Greek Penne and Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2011
I followed the recipe, except I used dried parsley, and left out the artichoke hearts, as I don't really care for them. This dish was alright, but kind of dry. Not sure I'd make again.
