Penne with Chicken and Asparagus

I used extra chicken broth and extra parmesan cheese. I also sauteed mushrooms and threw those in there. Light but delicious!

Amazing Italian Lemon Butter Chicken

I decreased the recipe to make less, and also left out the artichokes, since I didn't have any. I didn't realize how much butter it called for until later, and it called for ALOT. I only used about 80% of what it called for, but still turned out good.

Salsa Chicken

Super easy recipes. Made it exactly, served with low fat sour cream, which I feel is a must with this. It added more flavor, plus I love sour cream! I'd make again! I served it with mexican rice.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

I cooked it less time, and it turned out yummy. We used Cream of Mushroom instead of Cream of Chicken. We also added mushrooms, and ate it over egg noodles. Only change I would make would be using 1/2 of the Italian seasoning packet, as it tasted a bit salty.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

I loved this. I shredded the chicken after it was cooked. I also added more biscuit dough, since it came in like a 15 oz can. I also added peas, and it's yummy! Comfort food!

Mexican Casserole

We made it as is, except we also cooked up some onion with the chicken. Was super easy, and yummy! Next time I may add some mexican rice in it as well. I also added some sour cream on top.

Parmesan Chicken

The only changes I made were, I used Italian seasoned bread crumbs in the coating instead of regular bread crumbs. I then seared them for a few minutes on each side, then placed in the over at 375 for about 12-15 minutes. Delicious and easy!

Greek Penne and Chicken

I followed the recipe, except I used dried parsley, and left out the artichoke hearts, as I don't really care for them. This dish was alright, but kind of dry. Not sure I'd make again.
