Apple Pie I
I didn't change a thing. I even used the nutmeg. The first night the nutmeg was a little different and my husband said no on the nutmeg, but the next night he changed his mind. He told me not to change a thing. The apple pie got better as it aged. Did I mention it was my very first home made pie crust and all. I used the "Easy Flaky Pie Crust". The pie was gone in three days. Thank you Carol for sharing such an awesome pie.

Basic Flaky Pie Crust
I have never made my own pie crust. I always buy the pre-made which has always worked well for me. But today I was to lazy to go to the store. I found this "basic flaky pie crust". The only thing I changed was I used butter, my shortening was a tadd old. The crust was flaky and very good, even turned a nice golden color. I amazed myself! Thank you who ever shared this. Fast, easy and good!

Best Peanut Butter Cookies Ever
WOW! This is so simple even I did it without error! I am an average baker so I listened to the suggestions. No salt, 1/2 cup white sugar, 1 cup brown and 1 tsp baking soda. I am not sure if my 1" balls were a little off but I averaged about 44 cookies per batch. Oh and the most important suggestion use the NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER wowza what a difference in taste... very rich. Thank you so much for sharing!!
