The name's IthilienDude, and I live in the Centre of the Known Universe... accompanied by my oh-so-very helpful fellow kitchen elves. They... are awesome... Anything that satisfies the sweet tooth. Good auld fashioned sweeties are my favourite, but cakes and biscuits are my speciality, and - though I say it myself - I'm pretty darn good at it. I've been doing it since I was seven... =P Rashers wrapped around cocktail sausages at Christmas. Thems is goooood.... =) My area of expertise is cakes and biscuits, but presentation is something I pride myself on being good at... especially icing cupcakes. Thank God for the classic swirl =D Oh, there have been many. My favourite one is when I opened a proper rotten egg into an entire bowl of pancake batter. Lesson learnt: NEVER crack eggs directly into mixture =(
