Chocolate Zucchini Bread I
Very Good! Some reviewers had trouble getting the bread out of the pan. When you take the pans out of the oven, place them on their side for about 5 minutes until the bread pulls away from the side, and then flip the pans over and do the same for the other side. I cut the sugar back to about 1 1/3 cups and it was still good, I replaced all the oil with applesauce (for a more healthy alternative). I added the chocolate chips to the flour mixture (stir around) and then mixed all that into the liquid, and I did not have any trouble with the chips sinking to the bottom.

Chicken Baseballs
Great recipe ~ pretty much the same as "Savory Crescent Chicken" from this site. From those reviews, I make this recipe with 4 oz cream cheese, a dollop of sour cream rather than the milk, and add garlic salt. My children and husband love them. Serve with peas; they compliment each other. (Also, the other recipe calls for crushed croutons, which are Ok on top, but not necessary. It depends on my mood if I choose to add them.)

Easy Lemon Cookies
Excellent cookies and so easy to make! I did use 2 T. lemon juice since I did not have extract. Mix this dough by hand and chill overnight to make it easier to handle. Roll into a ball about the size of a walnut and then roll in the powdered sugar. Edges will just be starting to dry when this cookie is done.
