Birthday Bones

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2007
I can't believe how much my golden retriever LOVES these biscuits! She goes nuts over them, more than any treat I have ever bought at the pet store. My kids love rolling, cutting and baking them (we have cool doggy-themed cookie cutters!) you can't go wrong with these =)

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2003
The best cordon bleu i have ever made! I bought thin-sliced breast filets, so they were very easy to handle and roll. My husband absolutely loved it, my 3 year old even ate it..and he currently doesn't eat anything but toast and yogurt!! I will make this again and again...thanks Behr!!

Cake Mix Cookies III

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2003
These are good if you add 2-3 T. of water to the dough..otherwise the dough doesn't spread at all when baked..my first batch of cookies w/o water had the same shape when they were done as they did when i put them it! then i added 2 T. water and the rest of them were fine. i used choc. cake mix with choc. chips and walnuts, the walnuts helped them not to be so sweet.

Cheesy Ranch New Red Potatoes

Reviewed: May 12, 2002
My husband loves these potatoes..I cube them, then mix with the dressing and cheese. I also cook them a bit longer in the oven to get a little bit of browning. They're great.

Raspberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: May 12, 2002
This is a great recipe and makes a nice presentation...I couldn't find raspberries, so I used blueberries and probably will not use those again! I think next time I'll try cherries...should be much better. Thanks for the recipe!

Apple Dumplings I

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2002
This is a SUPER recipe! Thank you Carol! I have made these many times and have found that the best way is to quarter the apples and use the regular sized bisquits. I also sprinkle apples with cinnamon before wrapping in the dough and put cinnamon in the butter sauce...and skip the water. MacIntosh apples work great because they soften so easily. My whole family loves these...had them for breakfast Christmas morning! Thanks!

Zucchini Casserole II

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2001
This recipe is great! I made it for Thanksgiving dinner and nearly everyone told me how good it was and wanted the recipe! I did add a little cayenne pepper to spice it up a bit, and added some cheese on top, before the bread crumbs. Also, put together the night before and baked just before dinner. I'll be making this again and again. Thanks!

Caramel Peanut Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2001
You won't believe how much this tastes like a Snickers bar! Much effort involved, but worth it. Be very careful with the first layer...I burned it the first time. Second time I lowered the heat to medium-low and it was fine. They are extrememly gooey, so keep them in the fridge so that they stay set. Thanks for the great recipe!

Absolutely the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2001
I am a perfectionist when it comes to baking cookies...and I was hesitant to use the milk chocolate chips (I am such a big fan of semi-sweet)...but these turned out perfect (texture & taste) and my husband informed me that this is our new chocolate chip cookie recipe! Try it!
