These are really wonderful. I did listen to the other reviewers who added more juice and zest. The key to this recipe is don't be in a hurry. The WHOLE thing needs to be really cooled off before you can start cutting it. Also, try to keep it cool or they start to fall apart. I sprinkled powdered sugar with a sifter after I cut and plated them. The powdered sugar on the plate in between the bars gave a nice finish to the look.
