Tiramisu IV

Last night when I made it, I was about to write that it was a huge disappointment. In the morning, I changed my mind and gave it 5 stars. I did not use amaretto, also doubled the mascarpone, halved the coffee, added vanilla sugar as suggested by someone. The coffee part was so runny that I thought the cake would be liquid and impossible to serve. Anyway, I put it in the fridge over night and in the morning it turned out to be the best tiramisu ever :). So, it's really important to keep it in the fridge for a night to get the ladyfingers soaked and the cream in shape :). I love that it has no eggs and is much lower in calories. I will make it again!

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

mmmmm.... Great! I omitted the honey - read in some Ayurveda books that it gets poisonous when cooked :-/ and I got scared since then :) So I used 3 T of sugar, floured the chicken a bit. It was done in 10 minutes. Perfect!

Chorizo and Lentil Stew

Perfect! We do not have chorizo in Slovenia, so I used some local sausage. I also replaced curry with 1/2 t cayenne pepper and added half cup of bulgur at the end.

Scottish Shortbread II

Very good taste, but crumbles so much that it's not acceptable. I tried it twice, did not work, won't be making it again. Too bad, because it's really tasty...

Hot Fudge Pudding Cake III

I cut sugar in half as I do with all other recipes here, but all the rest I did as instructed. Nobody actually commented on how you get 12 servings out of this, and which trick to use to cover 9 inch pan with the mixture. Neither happened in my case. I baked it for 40 minutes and there was no pudding part at all (except in that part of the pan that the dough mixture could not cover :))). Looked scary, tasted awful. Thanks God the ingredients were really cheap and nobody witnessed it :))). This goes out of my recipe box!
