Justin's Macaroni Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2011
I actually added some things to this, as to get it combine salads that my husband loves. I added a cup of diced Colby/Jack, a cup of froze peas, a cup of diced sweet pickles, and I didn't put in the vinager... I also sprinkled about a Tablespoonful of dried Ranch dressing... EXCELLENT base recipe, thank you so much!!!

Tropical Pork Chops

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2011
Sauce is great... I had very thick, boneless porkchops, so I decided to salt and pepper them, placed some sauce on a foil cheet, added sliced zuchini and squash with more sauce and then wrapped the foil to seal it, and am baking it for an hour at 375... I know it will be wonderful, I'm also making some Ramen noodles instead of rice, and steaming the rest of the two zuchs and squash... Can't wait!!! YUM

I didn't use the Corn Syrup, cause that is way too much sugar, and I baked mine inthe oven for 35 minutes at 375 after browning and adding all the stuff to the top, was great, we had it with Brocolli!!! Microwavable Chocolate Fudge

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2011
Okay just made this and put it in the fridge, so I'm not sure how well it will set up, BUT... Taste great, although I had to make some substitues, I didn't have any chocolate, right how does that happen, but I had butterscotch chips... So I halfed the recipe and made butterscotch fudge, I sprinkled with some marshmellows and what I had left of mini chocolate chips... It's amazing... Like I said I don't know how the set will turn out but it tastes amazing!!! Thanks

SOOO WONDERFUL... My two children, ages 1 and 3 LOVED it as well... I added normal raisins, and also added some Cinnamon and Nutmeg, it was so excellent, I just can't get over how wonderfully yummy it was... I'll try it again when my husband is home, he says he doesn't care for Rice Pudding, but I think he would love this!!! Thanks for the recipe... Definately a keeper!!!

Country Breakfast Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2012
Okay, I had ever intention on following the recipe, but I didn't have a few things, as we are moving and I'm trying to us up everything we have, instead of buying the exact things. So I used egg whites, coby/jack shredded mix, about 3/4 cup of sour cream, 3-4 tbs of dried chopped chives, copy of good sprinkles of the herb Mrs. Dash, and half of a pound of breakfast sausage, instead of the bread, I used the country cubed frozen breakfast potatoes. I cooked the sausage, and mixed everything together and backing for about 35 minutes at 350... Smells wonderfully and is setting great!!! Can't wait...

Pumpkin Wheat Honey Muffins

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2013
It was really good, I did follow the advice of others for the added pumpkin and using the three spices instead of the pumpkin spice, but ended up using 2-3 more tspoons more of the pumpkin spice to even smell it in the batter. They turned out great, and I also used applesauce instead of oil!!! Very yummy for this Clean Eating family!!!

This is an excellent dinner, or lunch as well. We added corn in the layers, and I added some Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, Pepper, and Cumin to the sour cream!!! Also I didn't have Chili Beans, so I used canned Pinto beans and that was just as good!!! Very yummy... Thanks

Donut Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2013
Okay, these are great... I did change a couple things though... I decided to fry them, since I had the oil in the pan anyway, and I didn't dip them in butter and follow with cinnamon and sugar, because, 1. too greasy, and 2. my kids don't like the cinnamon and sugar... I dropped them in the oil by the teaspoonful and they were the perfect size for my three under 5'ers... Very yummy, very very yummy!!! We'll be doing these again soon I'm sure!!!

Fudge Brownies I

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2013
Hi there... making these now, and I tasted the batter before I popped in oven. I followed other reviews about only using two eggs, and added 3/4 cup of semi sweet chips as add in. I also didn't have the bakers chocolate so used the substitutions for coco powder, which I used dark... Also used an 8x8 pan... Can not wait to serve these at my daughters play date this afternoon!!! They smell wonderful and the batter was scrumptious...

Eileen's Spicy Gingerbread Men

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2013
Theresa were the best gingerbread cookie I've ever had. I did add the extra flour, as some reviewers suggested. I also have very small children and do not have the time to roll and cookie cut, so I teaspoon rolled them, then rolled them in green and red sprinkles for our holiday liking. I also pushed a small chocolate chip into the middle to look like the peanut butter kiss cookies. Super cute. Super yummy, and great with iced latte... Santa will be pleased to have these laid out for him...
