Penne with Chicken and Asparagus
Great recipe! I sauteed mushrooms with the chicken as suggested. When I went to the store, they didn't have any asparagus so I substituted with 2 cups of frozen green beans (defrosted). I prepared them the same as I would've the asparagus. While the green beans were in the skillet, I opted for 2 cloves of garlic rather than the garlic powder. I used grated Parmesan cheese in the amount called for but I also used 1 cup of a finely grated white cheese that I had on hand. The result was amazing! I loved it and so did my guests. I will definitely make it again.... and probably with the same adjustments that I used this time.

Chicken Scampi II
This recipe has become has staple for me, especially when serving guests. I cube my chicken and always add bell peppers (a mixture of green, red, orange or yellow), mushrooms, and a small onion. I also add a little more garlic than called for because of personal preference. If I have green onions on hand, I also throw them in there for added color. Really delicious and great served over pasta!

Cinnamon Honey Butter
Like many other reviewers noted, it was much too sweet. Overall though, the taste was good. I want to try it again but next time with more butter and much less sugar. The honey I used was already very sweet. It seems that the result of this recipe is highly dependent on the honey used.
