Simple Beef Flavored Gravy

I've made it this way several times, melting the butter with the onion, addint the flour, stir til smooth and bubbly, then add the beef broth(the boullion and the water) whisking til smooth and thick. I also have added a little kitchen bouquet and you have a nice color!

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Didn't care for it, sorry. don't really care for any kind of roast in the crockpot, don't like the consistency of it, but thought i'd give it a try. Quite salty and a very prominent wine taste, couldn't even tell it was pork.
