Oatmeal Raisin Cookies I
Awesome with half reg. oats, and half quick. A little chewy, a little cakey and soft. I decreased white sugar by 1/4 cup and added a little extra baking soda (like 1/8 or 1/4 t.). They rose just right and are perfectly sweet. I cooked about 10 minutes at 350 on convection. They looked a bit gooey when I took them out (I let them cool a minute or so on the pans), and are perfect cooled.
