About this Cook
I like to bake & cook, but I hate the cleaning up part! I enjoy making food that makes people happy and seeing their satisfaction!
My favorite things to cook
Any dessert and anything with ingredients I can find at a normal grocery store! Any very flavorful dish! ;)
My cooking triumphs
My strength I would say is baking...although I also am okay at cooking Mexican dishes.
My cooking tragedies
I am terrible at baking cinnamon rolls! =( I tried and it wasn't pretty! I have yet to master them!

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
It was delicious! It was my first time making a lattice pie crust and it turned out pretty good! I was surprised! I followed the recipe exactly, except I did add cinnamon to the apples before putting them in the crust. I found 7 apples was more than enough, but that's just me! I will probably only use 6 next time. The only precaution is the liquid will drip in the oven so I would suggest placing another baking dish under the rack where your pie is to avoid a sticky mess or maybe fire!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
This was my first time making pot roast in a slow cooker or at all for that matter! I loved this! It was delicious! I liked how tender the meat was! I added carrots and potatoes and left it cooking for about 8 1/2 hours on low. Turned out great, and I will make this again! Thanks for the recipe! =)

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna
This lasagna was delicious! Loved the sauce! Next time I'll use the right baking pan size. I only wanted to make this for 8 servings, so I had too much room left in my baking dish, which caused the top noodles to slide off to the sides a bit. I will definitely make this again. =)
