To Die For Fettuccine Alfredo
Amazing recipe and being a chef I added only a few items. Ground fresh nutmeg, minced garlic and a cup of cream cheese. Do save the pasta water to thin the sauce because this sauce will tighten up on you. The pasta water helps the sauce stick to the noodles. For a main meal add meatballs and peas or do chicken and mushrooms, just whatever your preference. My husband said it was the BEST alfredo he ever had and he's an alfredo snob. We will be doing this again and again, just with different items to have different experiences. Wonderful flavor!!!

Philly Steak Sandwich
This recipe is so dang good!!! We love a great philly cheese steak sandwich and this one is awsome. I always have to add a little heat and did with a splash of hot sauce and this gets a BIG WOW!! Used provolone because it's what I had and with the broiler on 500 degrees it browned in less than 2 minutes. My husband was licking his fingers and looking at me in shock, he said " so we can have these anytime we want?", it was so nice to know that we could. I had these small New York strips that are inexpensive from the grocery store, they come in a vac. sealed pack, they aren't that great for grilling, so I cut on the bias in 2 inch strips and they were PERFECT! Thanks soooo much for the recipe, we will most def make again. Lisa and Mark in Virginia Beach.

World's Best Lasagna
This is a wonderful lasagna!! My Italian friends do an awsome lasagna and this one is as good if not better. Easy to follow the directions and look like a star that WILL impress the best of chefs. You can also add mushrooms to make a little different version of this terrific dish. I have made this at least 5 times and it's one that people will ask for the recipe...I always give credit to the creator of this recipe. Want a little heat, just add some red pepper flakes and a few dashes of hot sauce. Thanks for the recipe John. Lisa and Mark in Virginia Beach:).
