Tropical Island Baked Beans

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2014
This is delicious! I used 1 can of chunk pineapple, put in my mini food chopper to make it finer---and added a dash of Chipotle Chili Powder---everyone loved it!

Pork Chops and Sauerkraut

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2014
Just had this last night, it is excellent. I did follow the reviewer Linda Mclean who made some suggestions of things to add or use. Added onions, bacon and potatoes--Didn't have apple juice so I used 2 TBS of brown sugar and added a sprinkle of cinnamon. I used canned sauerkraut and about 1/2 bottle of beer--this was a HUGE HIT. Will add this to my recipe box! VERY flavorful!

Stephen's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2013
These are delicious! I used a different combination of chips (semi-sweet, butterscotch, and white) and didn't have all the nuts, but the basic recipe comes out wonderful. These will be on my Holiday trays this year.

White Chocolate Raspberry Thumbprint Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2012
These are very good. I put the jam in a small ziploc bag and "piped" it into holes I made with the back of a wooden spoon, that worked out very well. They are really festive looking if you do the white chocolate and red sugar. I'll definitely make them again!

Blueberry Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2011
This is excellent, made just as the recipe reads. I did add a light glaze drizzled on top. Conf. sugar, milk, butter, vanilla and 1/2 tsp. lemon juice. Will be making this again for sure!

Traditional Reuben Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2011
This recipe is excellent! Served this for New Years' dinner to my parents, everyone loved it. Only had lt. rye bread, used a little less dressing, and added some caraway seed & a little garlic powder. This cooks up so you can slice it like lasagna--will definitely add this to one of our regular recipes!
