Mushroom Chicken Parmesan

I made this recipe as is. The flavors from the mushrooms, butter and cream blended so well into the chicken. The parmesan cheese was the iceing on the cake. I only cooked 3 chicken breast halves, and used everything else as is. This is a keeper for me! Thanks for sharing a great and quick dish.

Grilled Filet Mignon with Gorgonzola Cream Sauce

I made this the other day. The flavors worked beautifully together. (but I left out the salt, my preference). My husband & I enjoyed it with a glass of Merlot. We both said (at the same time), that I should make this again. I would love to make this for a small dinner party. Thanks for sharing....
