I added pinch of nutmeg, ginger and some cinnamon. I baked it for about an hour and 10 minutes. I used an electric mixer to combine the butter and sugar and mixed in the eggs before combining it with the dry ingredients. I used 6 smaller bananas that ended up being about 2 cups. I added the sugar topping with the leftovers from the pan, but if I had had more time, I would have added a more crumbly topping: 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoons softened butter, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 cup chopped walnuts.
