About this Cook
Finally! I have some free time to myself! I've always wanted to improve in the kitchen and I'm taking advantage of the opportunity.
My favorite things to cook
Chocolate!!!!!!!!
My favorite family cooking traditions
My Mom is very good at working with what she had in the pantry. But other than that, we're all hopeless as cooks.
My cooking triumphs
I make a hash brown casserole for every holiday. My husband's family loves it, even though I don't like it. It's my Mom's recipe.
My cooking tragedies
I improvised and made a cranberry salad with cherries. I also used sugar free gelatin and artificial sweetener. Yuck!

Snow on the Mountain Green Beans
Crunchy and savory :) I'll definitely make this one again.

Sweet Potato Casserole II
I loved it and so did my whole entire family (all picky eaters)! It tasted more like a dessert than a side dish. I'm happy to say there are leftovers.

Aunt Anne's Coffee Cake
This cake was delicious, the sweetness perfect, just like my mom's! But only right after I pulled it from the oven. The batter was so sticky I had to add allot of flour and it turned out kind of dry. When it cooled down completely it turned to stone.
