Chicken Tortilla Soup I

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2011
Great recipe but I change a little bit (1) I didn't use cilantro because I didn't have any and I think the cilantro have a really strong flavor which take way the soup flavor (2) I didn't use water just changed it for 20 oz of Chicken broth (3) I didn't have crush tomato so I used 1 jar of Classico traditional favorites Four Cheese tomato sauce (4) 1 can drained black beans (5) 1 can drained Pinto beans (6) 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (7) I use left over Turkey so everything ends delicious ! ! !

Tandoori Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: May 26, 2010
I loved this recipe but I had to make couples thinks different I used 2 pounds chicken breast , regular cream cheese (stick) ,3 tablespoons tandoori paste ,2 tablespoons plan yogurt ,1 teaspoon garlic powder ,1 teaspoon onion powder ,1 lemon juice ,cumin ,black pepper to taste. I used plan yogurt because it will help the cream cheese dissolve much easier .I refrigerate for about half day and was delicious.

My Country Style Steak

Reviewed: May 7, 2010
Great recipe I cut the cube steak them into smaller pieces like 2 inche . I did use garlic powder instead of garlic salt since I don't like very salty dishes and I used 1 cup water and 1 cup of milk instead of water as another suggested I cooked in the slow cooker for about 6 hours in low . Turned out wonderful.

Ranch Crispy Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2010
This is a very easy, tasty meal I used 4 chicken breasts /1/4 cup of Italian Bread crumb /1/4 Parmesan cheese /1/2 cup Ranch dressing salad (not powder)and Garlic Salt . I cook on 375 for the first 20 minutes and flip over add another 20 minutes total cooking time or depending on how thick my chicken breasts are. This chicken never comes out dry and is very flavorful and very fast and easy to cook.
