i made this for our sunday potluck, and i think it turned out well, though it is a little bit of work.becoz i knew i would not have time to bake everything before service, so did a little precooking the night before. sauteed onions, garlic, spinach and mushrooms, in butter. set aside. next, chopped up chicken into cubes and also cooked/tossed in butter, made the sauce in the morning.layered as recipe says to, topped with bacon and cheese and baked covered for 20 min and uncovered for 20 min. it turned out really very good!!! thanks!
