Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: May 4, 2011
made these last night and they turned out well..we made half the amount and made them in a 9X13 dish and ended up having to bake for 30 min. for those who were asking, I made the pudding mix (added 1 cup of milk to 1 box). I did it after reading some reviews. also softened the butter for a few sec in the microwave. very nice recipe-very soft and good!!!thank you!

Different Chicken Cordon Bleu

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2011
made this last night and everyone thought it turned out well. didn't add stuffing on top but used bread crumbs and a few ritz instead. also increased the cooking time to a little over an hour. i think the ham adds alot to this meal.

Holiday Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2011
very good. added almost everything-left out pecans and sub orange bell pepper instead of green. served with pita and grapes. not usually a sweet food person-but the cranberries went well with all the other ingredients. very nice.

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2011
pretty good bars. crust was very hard and difficult to cut thru, though. added more lemon jiuce as other reviewers suggested, to make up about 1/2-3/4 cup. added a bit of lemon zest.all in all good. maybe i'll add more butter or less flour nxt time to the crust. thanks!

Caramel Apple Pork Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2011
made this the other night, and it was delicious. made it stove top-browned the pork-made the sauce and added apples to that while waiting, and poured the sauce with apples over pork ( cut it down to one apple which was plenty for the amount of pork i made) and used apple-raspberry juice when i was getting low on sauce in the pan bcoz that is all i had..it was delicious!!we are BIG desert fans but not so much into sweet meals..but this was terrific..even my pork hater husband loved it!!

Chicken Florentine Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2010
i made this for our sunday potluck, and i think it turned out well, though it is a little bit of work.becoz i knew i would not have time to bake everything before service, so did a little precooking the night before. sauteed onions, garlic, spinach and mushrooms, in butter. set aside. next, chopped up chicken into cubes and also cooked/tossed in butter, made the sauce in the morning.layered as recipe says to, topped with bacon and cheese and baked covered for 20 min and uncovered for 20 min. it turned out really very good!!! thanks!
