These cookies are AMAZING! I saved this recipe a couple of years ago and decided to make these for the first time on Mother's Day this year. I have since made about 10 batches for different events (potlucks, birthdays, Tuesdays, etc.), and everyone absolutely LOVES them. The only thing I change is add extra sugar to the cinnamon/sugar mixture at the end. No biggie, personal taste is all. Make sure your baking soda and butter are both fresh, and pour off a little egg white to make them extra puffy (old school trick). Thank you so much!!
